Terms of service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use When We Match. By creating a search, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the person you name is also an adult.

The service

When We Match looks for a bilateral match: a connection forms only if two people have each independently named the other and paid the fee. Every potential match is reviewed by our team before anyone is notified. We cannot guarantee that the person you name will sign up.

Payment and refunds

When We Match costs a one-time fee of $19. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. If you change your mind within 14 days and no match has been made, we refund you in full. After a match has been confirmed by both people, the fee is non-refundable.

Acceptable use

When We Match may not be used to harass, locate, or contact anyone against their wishes. Providing false information, or attempting to circumvent our review process or the do-not-match list, is prohibited. We side with caution and may decline or remove any search.

Termination

You can delete your search and account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms or whose use raises a safety concern.
